Postponed!!!! Lean Six Sigma in Project Management

Power Skills

Learning Objectives:

You have likely experienced the stress and challenges of delivering projects on time and on budget. In this workshop, you gain an understanding and application of several fundamental Lean Six Sigma tools that will highlight how you can address the challenges of on-time and on-budget project delivery. In the workshop, you will learn how to identify the Critical-To-Success factors within a project (CTS) looking at how to optimize a SIPOC (Suppliers, Inputs, Process, Outputs and Customers) and how you can identify the eight-wastes of Lean within project execution. You will be given a high-level overview of the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) approach of Lean Six Sigma. Working with Master Black Belt, Gary Cox, you will also learn how you can create an RTO (Required-To-Operate) to build workload balance among project team members and those who will be executing the project deliverables.
