PMI NS Chapter is pleased to offer a way earning PDUs and expanding your network at the same time!. Join us for this month's Lunch N Learn event at the Molson Coors training room.
Mind reading and telepathy are skills that a Project Manager would love to have. If you had those skills, you would not need this session. Think back to frustrations you have had on past projects. Think back to the reasons for project failure. Many of the causes of those failures and aggravations have to do with unclear or inadequate communications, invalid assumptions or missing information.
This is a presentation on how, when, and who to ask questions of to help your project succeed. This presentation will look at some key communication skills specifically related to asking questions and the importance of questions on a project. Samples of key questions will also be given.
