Postponed - High Performing Virtual Teams – Tips from the Trenches

Many of us are working from home managing or being members of virtual teams. And some of us have been intimately familiar with virtual teaming for many years before COVID-19, owing to distributed offices spanning countries and even continents.

This presentation will cover some of the more prominent challenges with virtual teams and what steps we can take as PMs and team members to keep on the road to successful projects.

It will cover these topics:

- Keeping things consistent through established methods
- Using the tools at hand for collaboration
- Managing work in progress and detecting “overemployment”
- Making progress highly visible
- Socializing online
