Join Wendy Krkosek, PH.D., P.ENG. as she walks through Halifax Water's journey of developing & implementing the Get the Lead out program that pays for lead service line replacement.
Wendy Krkosek Ph.D. P.Eng., is the Water Quality Manager with Halifax Water, where she works with treatment, water quality and distribution operations staff to conduct water quality research, solve water quality and treatment problems, improve treatment methodologies, and develop and implement water quality plans, including the lead service line replacement program.
Wendy received her BASc in Civil (Environmental) Engineering from the University of Waterloo, followed by a PhD in Civil Engineering at Dalhousie University. Wendy is currently the Technical Director with the Atlantic Canada Water and Wastewater Association and a member of the CWWA Water Quality Committee.
