This year, we are thrilled to welcome Beata Mielcarek, an accomplished project leader, who will speak on the theme: "The Evolution of a PM." Gain insights into the dynamic journey of a project manager, from early career steps to leadership excellence.
Beata studied Project Management in Canada. Practiced her craft in the USA, UK and India and leads technology and analytics teams. She holds a Director of Project Management position for a boutique consulting company15+ years of experience building highly motivated and effective delivery teams in IT and Data Analytics. A generalist, she has managed a wide range of global groups designing and implementing IT Infrastructure projects, software applications and data products.
