Annual General Meeting (AGM) & Community Impact Night
Join us for a Night of Connection and Giving Back over looking First Lake in Lower Sackville!
We're excited to invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) followed by a fun evening of networking and games! The AGM will take about 30 minutes, starting around 6:15pm. There will be networking, games and community spirit. Feel free to dress comfortably! Whether you’re coming from work or keeping it casual, we want you to feel at ease and enjoy the evening. There is limited capacity, so don't delay in signing up! We can't wait to see you there.
At this year's AGM, we're fighting period poverty. Bring a donation of an unopened box or package of feminine hygiene products and in exchange you can receive two slices of pizza. Individual items cannot be accepted—please ensure your donation is in its original, sealed packaging. You will make a direct impact by helping a local food bank right here in the local community. We also recongize not everyone may want to bring a feminine hygiene box or package with them to the event, so we will also accept cash donations (minimum $5) for pizza.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please read: When you receive your receipt from registration, you will receive a link to a Google Form to let us know if you are participating in fighting period poverty for pizza. This will help us know how much pizza to have onsite.
A small selection of snacks will be available, and as mentioned pizza can be received in exchange for a donation. Please note that we will not be providing complimentary beverages. You are welcome to bring your reusable water bottle, as our chapter is doing our part in promoting sustainable practices.
Other food and beverages can be purchased from the bar. Although the kitchen closes at 9pm and the bar closes at 10pm, our event will conclude at 8 PM.
