Leading through Complexity: The Power of Systems Thinking
🧠 PMI NS Virtual Lunch & Learn: Leading through Complexity - The Power of Systems Thinking
In this virtual lunch & learn, Mita will explore how systems thinking can help us better understand and address complex social and sustainability challenges. Through a real-world case study on plastic waste and inclusive recycling in South Africa, she will share how collaboration across stakeholders led to a practical, community-driven intervention with social and environmental impact. The session will touch on systems mapping, collaboration, sustainability, leadership, and designing solutions that address root causes rather than symptoms.
