With more than 15 years of experience across architecture, real estate, project finance, and complex public and private construction projects, Mário currently serves as Technical Director at Angola’s Housing Development Fund.
Mário holds several PMI credentials, including PMI-CP™, PMP®, DASSM, and PMI-CSPP, as well as an MBA in Project Management and a Master’s degree in Architecture with an emphasis on Sustainable Architecture.
