Accommodations: We have a special rate of $229  for conference attendees at the Prince George hotel, the link to register is The Prince George Hotel.

Parking: In the spirit of sustainability we like to encourage attendees to take public transit however if you do need to drive, there is underground parking available off of Grafton street that is $4.00 per hour. Parking is also available on surrounding streets and other parkades.

Some of the things they do to reduce their impact for conferences:

• Removing pens and notepads from the table
• Not using paper cups
• Not using single-use plastic or napkins
• A very comprehensive program for recycling and a  food waste initiative program
• Using digital signage
• Ordering local and seasonal when possible
• Buying in bulk to reduce packaging
• Reduction of bottled water ( pitchers on each table)
• Condiments in bowls vs single use
• Providing recycling receptacles in the meeting rooms and foyers
